Opportunity Description
This is a remote position. Role Overview This is a high-volume outbound cold calling role. Your primary job is to start real conversations with business owners, qualify interest using a sales methodology framework, and hand warm leads to the sales leader for discovery. Key Responsibilities 60+ outbound calls per day (attempted conversations, not just dials) Send personalized one-to-one SMS and email to warm contacts before or after calls Manage callback schedules and follow up booked callbacks on time Qualification Use a sales methodology (SPICED or similar) to conduct triage conversations and uncover: Situation Pain Impact Qualify contacts into one of three outcomes: Warm & Ready (book Role Discovery call with Sales Leader) Not Now (tag and trigger nurture sequence) Not a Fit (disqualify and log reason) Complete a qualification brief on every warm handoff before passing to the Sales Leader SALs are passed to you; your job is to qualify them in the Role Discovery process CRM & Administ...
