Opportunity Description
The B2B Intern assists in supporting Maison 21G's global business-to-business operations across China, the Middle East, Singapore, and other emerging markets such as the USA and Europe. The Intern ensures smooth coordination between regional sales managers, clients, and the operations and marketing teams at headquarters and is organized, with strong communication skills and an eye for detail. This internship prepares the incumbent for a role in sales and operational duties in their future professions. Key Responsibilities Consolidate and manage all B2B inquiries across assigned regions, ensuring accurate tracking, timely follow-up, and proper delegation. Support with quotations, order confirmations, and coordination of production and delivery with the operations team. Prepare and update regional B2B performance reports, sales trackers, and pipeline summaries for management.
