B2B Umrah Coordinator

Seven Zones Travel is expanding its Umrah operations and is looking for a dedicated and experienced B2B Umrah Coordinator to manage agent relations and Umrah package operations.
If you have strong coordination skills and experience dealing with travel agents for Umrah services, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate with B2B travel agents for Umrah packages
Handle hotel bookings in Makkah & Madinah
Coordinate transport and ground services
Process visa documentation and follow-up
Negotiate rates with suppliers
Prepare and share Umrah quotations with agents
Resolve agent queries and operational issues
Maintain strong relationships with partner agencies
Requirements:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Umrah operations (B2B preferred)
Strong knowledge of Saudi Umrah procedures
Experience in hotel contracting & ground handling
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple age...
