B2D Operations Executive - English & Chinese Speaking (Fresher welcome)

About the Job

Our team is seeking an experienced individual that will help us grow and expand by supporting our commercial team on daily sales operations. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align the team strategies as well as to ensure a proper workflow and follow through for account sustainability. The position holds a key responsibility in our B2B market, playing a vital part in delivering excellent service to our distributing partners.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage B2B Customer Care, not restricted to third‑party inquiries, complaints, refund requests, escalations as appropriate.
• Assist in B2B Sales Operations which may include booking fulfillment, invoicing, and settlement.
• Work closely with key internal stakeholders to provide feedback and improve solutions to cater to clients’ needs.
