ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM

As a Backend Engineer (Data Science / ML) in Zalando Partner Tech, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining backend microservices using Databricks with Apache Spark, JVM based technologies, AWS, and Kubernetes at scale. Beyond core backend engineering, you will also engage with Data Science and Machine Learning topics, bridging the gap between high-performance code and intelligent, data-driven solutions.
