Backend Technical Lead (AWS Cloud)

Responsibilities Lead backend development and provide technical guidance to the engineering team Design and develop scalable, secure, and high performance backend systems on AWS Cloud Architect and implement microservices based solutions and RESTful APIs Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Manage system integration across multiple applications and services Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security standards are met Perform code reviews and enforce engineering best practices Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis Drive CI CD implementation and improve deployment automation processes Mentor and support junior and mid level engineers Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for cloud optimization and operations
