Background Screening Supervisor

Commissionaires Ottawa has an open vacancy for a Background Screening Supervisor to lead our ID Services team, working in person at our Ottawa headquarters.

What you will be doing…

As the Background Screening Supervisor, you will lead a team of 10–12 agents who provide identity verification and background check services to the public, businesses, and government clients. Your role is to keep the team running smoothly — coaching people, solving problems, maintaining quality, and making sure clients receive a professional and consistent experience every time. This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines people management with day‑to‑day operations.
