Baker (Bagels & Bakery Operations)

Good Luck Bagels is Singapore’s first vintage-inspired bakery blending handcrafted bagels with cultural experiences. We bake fresh bagels daily and host workshops and events that celebrate craftsmanship, culture, and community in a nostalgic, artisan space.

We are looking for a hands‑on Baker to lead daily bagel production, ensure consistent product quality, and help establish efficient bakery systems in a new neighbourhood bagel shop and workshop space. This role is central to building our production standards, team capability, and product identity.
