Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Baker role based in Waterfall, City, Midrand. The Baker will be responsible for preparing, mixing, proofing, baking, and finishing a variety of baked goods in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.Daily tasks include measuring ingredients, operating baking equipment, monitoring baking times and temperatures, decorating and packaging products, and ensuring consistent product quality and presentation.The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations, managing stock rotation of baking ingredients, and assisting with inventory checks.The Baker will collaborate with the broader culinary team to support menu development, test new recipes, and meet production schedules fo...
