Frenchette Bakery at the Whitney Museum is hiring full-time Mixers/Bread bakers. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate baker looking to gain experience in naturally leavened bread made from locally-sourced grains and work in a structured professional environment focused on personal growth and leadership skills. We make a wide range of naturally leavened breads, rolls, baguettes, and pastries. These are early morning shifts that begin at 3AM or 4AM, but shifts will rotate over time to gain proficiency in all aspects of the bakery process.
