We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Baker to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and producing a variety of bakery products while ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other bakery products according to standard recipes. Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards. Perform dough preparation, proofing, shaping, and baking. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area in compliance with food safety standards. Monitor ingredient stock levels and minimize wastage. Operate baking equipment safely and report any faults. Support daily outlet operations when required. Requirements
Relevant experience in baking or F&B preferred (training provided for junior candidates) Able to work shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Positive attitude and team player Salary & Benef...
