Responsibilities


+ Produce pastry goods (cookies, brownies, breads, cakes, puddings, icings, fancy pastries, desserts, etc) daily.

+ Decorate and plate various cakes, cookies, pastries and desserts.

+ Solid knowledge of food products and culinary techniques.

+ Assist the Pastry Chef as needed.

+ Make sure food quality is superior.  Correct any irregularities.

+ Address requests by guests and other players.
