Job Summary:
- MEMS sensor / SiC / ASIC product and testing responsibility in final test.
- Ownership (identification, trouble shooting and solving) of product related final testing issues.
- Technical data analysis and evaluation, support Engineering and Production in product related risk assessments and releases.
- Responsible for tester release and maintainace for different tester platform.
- Verify and release testing program without product quality risk.
- SE team leading as technical key account, communication between internal and IPN-SO function teams, proposal technical solution for team and management decision.
- Leading engineering discussion towards customer, provide best final testing solution to customer.
- Product related KPI management control and drive improvement. Continuously final testing process optimization.
