Job Description

Position: Banca Business Manager, BBM

Job Objective

• Responsible for Financial Services Consultant (FSC) sales planning, sales execution, campaign execution, growing Bancassurance business, meeting customers and drive activities via branch network or any other channels.
• Actively retain & nurture existing FSC via coaching and ensuring the FSC meeting their target and KPIs.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieves sales targets and manage the actual performance for the FSCs in the assigned area.
• Achieves FSC headcount target in the assigned area.
• Provide leadership and guidance to FSCs in the assigned area by acting as a coach, mentor, manager and motivator, monitor FSCs performance and take corrective actions when needed.
