Band 2 Theatre Support Worker

To work as an effective member of the multi-disciplinary team assisting with patient care activities under the direct supervision of a registered Theatre Practitioner. Following appropriate training and assessment of competence undertake identified and delegated clinical and non-clinical duties. The post holder will undertake the movement of patients, equipment and designated items throughout the hospital and will contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment. The post holder will uphold the trust values and is expected to behave at all times in a way that demonstrates commitment to the delivery of thoughtful, compassionate patient care and continuous improvement of patient care quality, outcomes and experience.
