Band 3 Customer Helpline Administrator (Belfast)

Honeycomb are delighted to be working with the Business Services Organisation to recruit a Band 3 Customer Helpline Administrator. This role is based in Belfast, within the Procurement and Logistics Service team. The role is temporary for a 6-12-month period.

Location: Belfast

Salary: £12.75 per hour

Contract: Temporary, for a 6-12 month duration

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm.

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role supporting Health & Social Care services across Northern Ireland. You will be helping customers, processing urgent and routine orders, resolving queries, and ensuring essential supplies reach the people who need them.
