Band 3 Patient Pathway Assistant - eRS Booking Clerk

The post holder will be required to work as part of the Registration Team as Central Booking Officer for Gynaecology. The post holder will be required to work with roles and responsibilities of Registrations Team and workload. Ensure all Trust targets are met through effective bookings of referrals in a timely manner and adhere to the access policy.

The post holder will have skills in all areas of administrative functions to enable them to support the patient pathway. The post holder should be able to cross cover within Women's Services Department and to work shift patterns.

Main duties of the job

Process and log all referrals from all sources in line with Trust Access & Administration Process Policy and specialty Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
