Main duties of the job

Providing high-quality administrative and PA support to senior clinicians and clinical service manager within the FIRST service, ensuring effective coordination of diaries, meetings, MDT activity, and governance processes.

The post holder will supervise and coordinate administrative staff, supporting recruitment, induction, workload allocation, and staff development to ensure efficient and consistent service cover.

The role also supports the collection, validation, and reporting of clinical activity data, maintains effective administrative systems, contributes to service improvement, and ensures compliance with information governance, confidentiality, and clinical governance requirements.
