Details:

Role: Band 6 OT - Community/ Outpatient role supporting working age adults with mental health based on the Community Mental Health Framework and Stepped Care Model. Working as part of an MDT of psychiatry, psychology, nursing, OT, social worker, peer and link workers. Offering assessment using Dialog, completing risk assessments, developing collaborative care plans. Mixture of generic and profession specific interventions (individual and 1:1).
