The Learning Disabilities Team is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Clinical Psychologist. Applicants at Band 7 are welcome as this is a preceptorship role with scope to progress to 8a, or 8a applicants with relevant post‑qualification experience.

This multi‑disciplinary team comprises Clinical Psychology, Psychiatry, Paediatrics, Learning Disability Nursing and Support Workers, OT and SALT. The team works across two main clinical pathways: behaviours that challenge and mental health for young people with a moderate to profound Learning Disability aged 0‑19 years. We also offer neurodevelopmental assessment and diagnosis for children who display behaviours indicative of Autism and/or ADHD when assessment is required to better understand behaviours and mental health difficulties.
