Overview

The upmarket restaurant is an exceptional fine-dining destination, currently holding 2 Michelin stars for its innovative culinary offerings and impeccable service.

Responsibilities

• GM will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experience, and maintain the high standards required to preserve and build upon our Michelin-starred reputation.

Qualifications

• Experience with restaurants holding two Michelin stars, or at least a strong one-star Michelin affiliation.
• Stable background, preferably coming from Europe.
• Experience with Les Grandes Tables du Monde or Relais & Châteaux is not required but would be a plus.
