As a KEY part of this internationally acclaimed banking/finance team (being led and mentored by some of Australia’s top banking/finance partners), representing blue-chip clients (world leading financial institutions,corporate borrowers, lenders, syndicates, sponsors), you will love advising on:

1)  intellectually stimulating sophisticated banking/finance transactions including multi-level/jurisdictional/international transactions including:

• Corporate/leveraged/structured/trade/project, construction/ECA finance
• management buy-outs, leveraged buy-outs, cross-border financing, opco/propco restructurings, inter-creditor arrangements and real estate investment; PLUS
