Banking Services Operations Associate IV- Commercial Lien Release

**Overview:**

Supports releasing real estate on accounts that are paid in full to support the Commercial Bank, Business Banking, and Leasing business lines.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Review and research requests from business partners and obtain appropriate authority to release real estate collateral as outlined in the request.
+ Provide clear instructions to less experienced personnel on what needs to be released.
+ Communicate with internal and external business partners throughout the release process as required.
+ Send documents to business partners, customers, third parties, or to various jurisdictions for recording as instructed.
+ Use third party vendor software to help research and facilitate release requests.
+ Update key tracking systems with release information.
+ Provide training to new associates.
