Banking Services Operations Associate IV - IRA

**Overview:**

This position is for an opening within our Individual Retirement Account (IRA) Servicing team in the Banking Services division of M&T Bank. The members of this team perform various tasks in association with M&T Bank's IRA portfolio. The team supports branch staff and other areas via telephone and email contact.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Provide Individual Retirement Account (IRA) guidance and customer service support via phone and email to branches and telephone center.
+ Work in conjunction with branch and Telephone Center teams to assist with standard to intermediate level of complexity account maintenance questions and support transactions.
+ Serve as first-level escalation point for problematic and non-standard type inquiries.
+ Open IRA Account in appropriate systems while performing compliance validation and system scan on new customers.
