GENERAL FUNCTION: Under moderate supervision, collects and documents accounts involving: Bankruptcy, Deceased Estates, non-probated Deceased Estates, and Life or Disability Insurance claims. Reviews, monitors, and ensures timely handling of all consumer loans, lines, and credit cards in a chapter 7, 11, 12 or 13 bankruptcy status from receipt of notice through final court clearance.
In accordance with departmental and legal guidelines, meets deadlines ensuring attainment of company goals. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined.
