JOB SCOPE
Set up of banquet equipment according to Banquet Event Order. Provide food & beverage service to guests according to Banquet specifications and exceed their expectations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of Banquet areas and equipment. Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all departmental policies and service procedures. Requisition of linens and skirting required for business to transport such to function area. Knowledge and compliance with ‘OneMBS’ F&B Standards. Correct, maintain and prepare mise en place. Knowledge of POS machine, EDC, manual system procedure for cashiering process. Attend monthly departmental meeting. Conduct a thorough and detailed briefing to casual labor assigned.
