Opportunity Description
The Oklahoma City Convention Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Banquet Captain to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will supervise banquet servers and ensure each event is executed with exceptional service and professionalism. You will serve as the primary on‑site contact for clients, maintain communication with culinary and management teams, and uphold high standards of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
+ Supervise banquet servers and coordinate service activities.
+ Consult with the Banquet Manager on staffing needs, service arrangements, and equipment requirements.
