This role is essential in ensuring seamless bar operations, continuous support for the bar teams, maintaining impeccable standards, and delivering an exceptional experience to our members and their guests. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment and takes pride in efficiency, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders in the preparation and service of beverages
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including bar back and storage spaces
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries
• Collect and wash glassware promptly to ensure continuous availability
