Purpose:
FiN FOLK FOOD is a fun, easy‑going restaurant and oyster bar, serving casual seafood classics using local products. As the Bar Manager, it is your responsibility to contribute to overall guest satisfaction by ensuring bar service is delivered to guests in a timely manner and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to company and legal guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly.
- Recruit, train, and supervise bartenders and bar staff.
