Bar Manager

Mogambo Bar & Restaurant is a vibrant nightspot that's been at Boat Quay since 2011.

We are seeking one dependable and hardworking Bar Manager to join our team.

• Serving customers to a high standard by attending to guests’ needs in a prompt and professional manner
• Assisting with the operational running of the bar and ensuring staff are fulfilling their duties to the best of their ability
• Performing inventory checks and keeping a strict and accurate control over incoming and outgoing stock
• Ordering of stock and other miscellaneous purchasing
• Training of new bartenders and floor staff/servers where necessary
• Reporting to the General Manager and Assistant Manager on staff performance, customer satisfaction and inventory matters
• Ensuring high standards of all necessary hygiene, health and safety regulations are upheld
