Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest experiences Mix, garnish and serve drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to company specifications Suggest drinks to guests based on personalised recommendations and menu knowledge Responsible for hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons. Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that bar is well staffed during peak hours. Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls. Responsible for keeping the bar stocked and clean. Effectively delegate responsibilities and maximise resources. Requirements
