Boutique Hotel in Morningside, Durban is looking for Bar Staff.
 
Deliver exceptional luxury food and beverage service while enhancing guest dining experiences and to create and serve world class quality cocktails, wine and beverages.

Duties:
               
Serve food and beverages professionally.
Explain menus and specials.
Upsell wines and menu items.
Ensure dining area cleanliness.
Handle guest requests efficiently.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar.
Prepare cocktails and beverages.
Maintain beverage stock.          
Ensure all F&B areas are clean and maintained
Recommend wines                      
Ensure all Mise en place is carried out as per SOP.
 
Requirements:
 
Grade 12
