The gig
Step into the vibrant buzz of our hatted restaurant Kiln as our newest Barback, where you will be an important part of our food and beverage operations. You will keep the bar running seamlessly during our busiest services by proactively restocking liquor, beer, mixers, and garnishes, refilling ice wells, and changing out empty beer kegs. Working hand-in-hand with our bartenders, you will polish and run glassware to ensure they are fully stocked for a great service, while also stepping out onto the floor to confidently carry trays of beverages and three plates when needed. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role focused primarily on night and weekend work, requiring ongoing availability across Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night shifts.
About you
- You hold a current and valid NSW RSA certificate and are ready to hit the ground running.
