WAGE: $11.00 + Tips
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the stocking, replenishing and cleanliness of beverage bars and stations in accordance with CCCH & department standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Specific areas of responsibility included but not limited to:
·Assist in putting away weekly orders and proper storage and rotation of all product. This includes keeping the dry storage area free and clear of cardboard boxes and trash.
·Responsible for cleaning & maintenance of beverage stations & equipment in accordance with Health department regulations and department standards.
·Stock, replenish and clean all work areas, including changing kegs, CO2 tanks, and soda bibs.
·Assist in all beverage venues as directed.
·Complete opening and closing side-work duties according to department standards.<...
