The Bar Prep is an essential part of the Golden Steer NYC beverage team, responsible for ensuring all bar ingredients, mixers, garnishes, batch preparations, and specialized products are produced with precision, consistency, and speed. This behind-the-scenes role supports the bar team by maintaining high-quality standards, monitoring inventory needs, and keeping the bar operation organized, efficient, and compliant with DOH standards.
