Opportunity Description
We’re looking for an energetic, coffee and specialty drink-loving Barista to join us this season in Woodlawn. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate about supporting BIPOC entrepreneurship. Just as important, this person must genuinely care about customer experience and bring the friendliness and consistency that keeps our guests coming back.
Key Responsibilities:Coffee & Beverage Preparation:
- Craft espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and care.
- Support the launch and promotion of our new beverage program, contributing ideas and feedback on new recipes.
- Master drink recipes, presentation standards, and proper brewing techniques.
- Customer Service & Front-of-House Duties
