Responsibilities
- Craft exceptional coffee beverages using high-quality beans and precise brewing methods ensuring each cup meets our high standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating area adhering to health and safety regulations
- Engage with customers to provide personalized service accurately taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle cash and electronic payments efficiently ensuring accurate transactions and managing the cash register responsibly
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or food service is a plus.
- 1–2 years of barista experience or relevant customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Barista certification or training in specialty coffee preparation is highly valued.
