Opportunity Description
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming café environment at The Aivee Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders and assisting customers.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, equipment, and workstations.
- Monitor and replenish café supplies and ingredients.
- Handle payments and ensure accurate transactions.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate; vocational training is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista or in food and beverage service preferred.
