Overview It is the responsibility of the Barista to provide efficient and courteous service to our guests while displaying salesmanship and friendly hospitality skills. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). Responsibilities Attend pre-shift meetings. Maintain uniform appearance according to established guidelines. Adhere to policies and procedures and Health Department regulations. Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner to take order for food and beverage items. Use suggestive selling techniques. Know all menu items. Know locations of all Golden Nugget outlets and services available to the guests. Responsible for obtaining, reconciling and returning cash bank at the beginning and end of shift.
