Barista Team Lead

Calling all Baristas and Counter Staff that enjoy working with people in an elegant and fast-paced coffeehouse! Responsibilities Include: * Leading all Team Members in serving customers and opening & closing * Entering in customer’s orders and receiving payment. * Preparing coffee drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages. * Serving desserts, pastries, and other fully prepared light fares.   Compensation/Benefits: * Free Drinks while working. * Employee Discount on food/drink items all other time. * Opportunity to earn tips. *   Availability: * Part-Time positions are currently available for Morning, Afternoon & Evening shifts. Requirements: * Must have strong customer service skills. * Outgoing, friendly personality. * Fast & Efficient work style. * Passionate about quality coffee & tea.  (Enjoys drinking coffee and tea a plus!) * Foodservice experience preferred but not required.
