Opportunity Description
- Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks.
- Handle customer orders efficiently, both in person and via the register.
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including the coffee machine, counter, and dining areas.
- Restock inventory and ensure items are well-organized.
- Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, such as setting up the store and cleaning at the end of the day.
- Follow safety and health regulations for food handling and cleanliness.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or foodservice is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
