Main Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times and greet all guests warmly and professionally in accordance with Leeu Collection standards.
- Understand the sequence of service and anticipate guest needs.
- Handle guest complaints and comments professionally, escalating to the Restaurant Manager / Manager on Duty when necessary.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of the menu and wine list, making informed recommendations.
- Ensure prompt and accurate service of drinks to pool and restaurant guests.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of cocktails and be able to craft them on request.
- Assist guests with non-menu items, responding positively and accommodating special requests where possible.
- Check and restock the coffee station for each service / shift to ensure smooth barista service.
