Main Responsibilities
Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times and greet guests warmly in line with service standards.
Understand the sequence of service and anticipate guest needs.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, escalating to the Restaurant Manager or Manager on Duty when required.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu and wine list, making informed recommendations.
Ensure prompt and accurate service of beverages to pool and restaurant guests.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails and prepare drinks on request.
Assist guests with special or non-menu requests, responding positively where possible.
Check and restock the coffee station before each service or shift to ensure smooth barista operations.
