As the Programs Coordinator, you will report to the Manager of Small Business Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support program delivery and events
  • Respond to inquiries with skilled customer service
  • Handle scheduling and follow-ups for client consultations
  • Track client data using customer relationship management software
  • Assist with business training and mentoring initiatives

Qualifications

  • Two years of relevant experience in coordination
