Join the Barrie Small Business Centre as a Programs Coordinator focused on administrative support and client engagement. This temporary full-time position is essential for facilitating community business programs successfully. As the Programs Coordinator, you will report to the Manager of Small Business Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support program delivery and events
- Respond to inquiries with skilled customer service
- Handle scheduling and follow-ups for client consultations
- Track client data using customer relationship management software
- Assist with business training and mentoring initiatives
Qualifications
- Two years of relevant experience in coordination
- Two-year college diploma in Office or Business Administration
- Understanding of Ontario's business start-up requirements
