POSITION SUMMARY
Our role is not only about preparing and serving beverages, but about creating memorable and refined experiences for every guest at Bell Étage, the All Day Dining outlet of The St. Regis Jakarta. The Bartender is responsible for crafting alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, specialty drinks, and coffee-based beverages, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. From preparing mise en place, setting up the bar and coffee station, communicating orders efficiently with the kitchen and service team, to engaging guests with warm and professional interaction, the Bartender ensures each beverage becomes part of the overall dining experience.
