Role Summary

The Bartender at voco Dubai The Palm will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages while delivering exceptional guest service in a vibrant beachfront setting. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests.

What You'll Do

• Maintain complete knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and wines to advise guests and colleagues as needed
• Take guest orders promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
• Process payments and manage transactions in line with cashiering procedures
• Maintain par levels of stock and ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
• Prepare the bar area and ensure mise-en-place is ready for service before opening
