Chez Josephine is a long-standing French-American piano bistro in the heart of the Theater District, inspired by the spirit and legacy of Josephine Baker.
Since 1986, we’ve been known for live piano, classic cocktails, French-American dining, and a warm old New York atmosphere that keeps people coming back for the experience as much as the food and drinks.
We’re looking for bartender/servers who genuinely enjoy hospitality and know how to take care of a room. People who can move with urgency during busy service while still making guests feel welcomed, relaxed, and part of the atmosphere.
This is an independent restaurant with personality, energy, regulars, theater crowds, and a team environment where professionalism and awareness matter.
