Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to hotel guests.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.Ensure compliance with licensing laws and hotel policies.
- Assist with inventory control and stock management.
- Work closely with restaurant and banqueting teams during events.
