Role Description & Key Responsibilities

The Senior Legal Counsel will report directly to the General Counsel and provide strategic legal support across the organization, including corporate, financing, and commercial matters. The role involves advising the executive team, developing risk‑mitigation strategies, and building processes that support business growth.

• Civil and common law experience
