Batching Plant Operator

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Batching Plant Operator to operate and monitor Ready-Mix concrete batching plant operations in accordance with production schedules and quality standards. The candidate will ensure accurate batching, timely concrete production, and efficient coordination with dispatch and quality teams. The ideal candidate should have solid UAE Ready-Mix industry experience and strong knowledge of concrete mix production. Key Responsibilities Operate and control batching plant systems for concrete production. Monitor batching process to ensure accurate mix proportions and quality standards. Coordinate with dispatch, QC, and site teams for timely concrete delivery. Perform daily plant inspections and basic troubleshooting. Monitor raw material levels including cement, aggregates, admixtures, and water. Maintain batching records, production reports, and delivery logs.
